ABOUT ME

I have 10 years experience as founder & CEO of a high growth, product based start-up.  My brand, Tidy Tot, is successfully sold in over 20 countries worldwide and is consistently the number 1 brand in its category, both on Amazon’s marketplaces and in independent retail.

Over the last 10 years I have developed and implemented a highly successful e-commerce and retailer sales strategy, combined with creative but commercial marketing campaigns that have cemented the Tidy Tot brand as a key player in its category.  

Through Tidy Tot, I have gained hands on experience in almost every aspect of managing a small business; Manufacturing, Import, Export, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Intellectual Property, Demand Planning and Logistics, Cash Flow Management, Recruitment and People Management, to name a few. In 2024, I led my team though the acquisition of a competitor brand as part of our strategy for growth, which has leveraged our market share and enhanced our customer offer. 

Before starting my own business, I worked in large PLC’s, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations in a variety of operational, sales and marketing positions.  It’s this varied commercial experience that has enabled me to apply a keenly developed business acumen to my creative and entrepreneurial mindset.  And it’s this combination that I attribute the success and longevity of my own brand, Tidy Tot, which is still delivering YoY growth 10 years on. 

After 14 years honing my skills on my own business, I am uniquely qualified to support start-ups and small businesses in achieving their own success.
